You’re training hard. But are you working on the right things?

1:1 coaching for climbers who want to understand what is actually holding them back and turn their ability into better performance on rock.

Built around your climbing, your goals and the life you actually have.

Most climbers do not need more effort.

They need clearer direction.

This might sound familiar...

  • You're getting stronger, but your outdoor grade isn't changing.

  • You can do the moves but struggle to link the route.

  • You train consistently but aren't sure what deserves your attention.

  • You climb much better indoors than you perform outside.

  • You've spent session after session on a project and you're starting to wonder whether you're approaching it properly.

Client Results

Nick - First 13d trad lead

Thought: He was physically prepared, but pressure could make hard attempts unravel.

Found: Uncertainty around gear, pacing and the full lead was amplifying pressure and disrupting execution.

Changed: Reduced uncertainty, refined placements and pacing, and built familiarity with the full route on lead.

Happened: Sent City Park (5.13d) and came away with much greater confidence in what was possible.

Duncan - First 7b+

Thought: Work made it difficult to carry his fitness consistently into the outdoor season.

Found: More volume wasn’t the answer - he needed a realistic structure and more specific preparation for his project.

Changed: Used focused board climbing, route-specific power endurance and a small number of high-quality project sessions.

Happened: Stayed consistent through a demanding summer and sent Appliance of Violence (7b+).

Patryk - Calm Execution

Thought: Fear and anxiety seemed to be holding back his lead climbing.

Found: As pressure rose, his breathing stopped and movement became tense, reactive and less accurate.

Changed: Worked on breathing, observation and commitment, then simplified the climbing structure when pressure began building again.

Happened: Confidence and commitment improved significantly, with periods of much calmer and more decisive lead climbing.
